1. What is Demo Service of Demo Company 1506

Copeni APS owns Demo Service of Demo Company 1506's website (in text “Website”) and all the related services (“Service”). The subject of these Terms and Conditions is access and use of the service. By purchasing or accessing the service you express that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You can choose to purchase a membership with Demo Service of Demo Company 1506. Your membership will be renewed after the trial period and then every recurring interval for the full price. There is no binding period and you can freely cancel your membership by contacting support at any time.

4. E-mail reminders
You will receive a reminder e-mail 7 days before your promotional period is set to expire, or immediately after the purchase if the promotional period is shorter then 7 days.
The e-mail shall contain the date and time of the expiration of the promotional period, as well as your invoice and a copy of these terms and conditions.
If available, terms and conditions will be sent in your local language, otherwise, they will be provided in the English language.
5. Failure To Receive Welcome E-mails, Invoice E-mails Etc
Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 cannot be held accountable for the subscriber not receiving the welcome email, terminations, invoices, receipts etc. It is at any time the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that your provider or e-mail is accessible and able to receive the mentioned mails. By ensure that they do not end up in the spam folder or ”junk mail”. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail can have problems related to the e-mails sent from Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 and we advise you to use an alternative provider when subscribing to Demo Service of Demo Company 1506.

Billing
By signing up for a membership through one of our packages you agree to let Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 withdraw the trial period price and then the full recurring price from the credit card used when signing up. When you buy a subscription, you will automatically be renewed until you terminate by contacting support, or going to “Settings” on Demo Service of Demo Company 1506. You have to be at least 18 years of age and reside in one of the countries we are operating in, to have a valid subscription to Demo Service of Demo Company 1506. There are no hidden charges when purchasing the introduction subscription, just the amount stated in the packages. A confirmation email for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription.
Payments
You are obligated to ensure that your payment information is up to date. You agree to pay in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify Copeni APS of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.
You acknowledge and agree that any card and related billing and payment information that you provide will be shared by Copeni APS with a third party partner, such as: payment processor and/or acquirer.
You allow us to charge you for an initial trial period, followed by a monthly recurring fee to use our service, until you cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a discount on a subscription payment period without prior notification.
Refunds
Yes, we offer a 100% refund guarantee if you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to request a refund under the refund guarantee. All other cases have to be reviewed by the customer support team, and a decision is made on a case by case basis.
To request a refund, please contact the customer support team. Customer support is open Monday to Friday from Mon - Fri 8:00am-23.00 AM (+2 GMT) and will do our best to guide you and answer your questions within 48 hours on weekdays and we are closed in the weekends.
9. Cancellation
You may terminate or cancel the services by giving Copeni APS written notice via the email: [email protected] or via contacting the phone number: 123-456-7890 or by logging in to your account and canceling your subscription. Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 offers a full refund if it is requested within 14 days of your purchase. No refunds will be given for Membership fees already paid. All Membership fees are non-refundable and will be shown on your Payment Method statement under the specified identifier. In certain circumstances, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of our customer support team.
Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 reserves the right to update its billing terms at any time by posting the revised fees on the platform. Continued use of the service or membership following such notice will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. By signing up with Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 and providing your payment details, you authorize us to deliver the service and charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You agree that Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 has the right to cancel your Membership without further notice if your payment is not successfully settled because of expiration of your card or due to insufficient funds until your payment method can be processed. Finally, you acknowledge that while your Membership remains active and/or has not been cancelled or terminated, you are responsible for the outstanding amounts. You may discontinue to use and request to cancel your account and/or any Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 services at any time.
You can cancel subscription any time and your profile will be active until the next billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to your profile and we may delete all information on your profile. We accept no liability for such deleted information or content.
10. Inappropriate Use
You will not upload, display or otherwise provide on or through the Service any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, offensive or otherwise violates any law or infringes upon the right of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights); or (ii) Copeni APS’s sole judgment, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Service or which may expose Copeni APS or its users to any harm or liability of any kind.
11. Your Representations And Warranties
You represent and warrant to Copeni APS that your access and use of the Service will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the EU and any other relevant jurisdiction, including those regarding online conduct or acceptable content, and those regarding the transmission of data or information exported from the EU and/or the jurisdiction in which you reside. You further represent and warrant that you have created or own any material you submit via the Service and that you have the right, as applicable, to grant us a license to use that material as set forth above or the right to assign that material to us as set forth below. You further represent and warrant that you will carefully safeguard your password, user name, and account information, will not share your password or user name with any third party, and will not allow any third party to access your Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 account for any purpose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Copeni APS and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any claim that any template we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.
13. Limitation On Types Of Damages/limitation Of Liability
Copeni APS will not be liable to you or any third party claiming through you (whether based in contract, strict liability, tort or other theory) for indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the access or use of, or the inability to access or use, the service or any portion thereof, including but not limited to the loss of use of the service, inaccurate results, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages stemming from loss or corruption of data or data being rendered inaccurate, the cost of recovering any data, the cost of substitute services or claims by third parties for any damage to computers, software, modems, telephones or other property, even if Copeni APS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Copeni APS’s liability to you or any third party claiming through you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Copeni APS for the service in the 12 months prior to the initial action giving rise to liability. This is an aggregate limit. The existence of more than one claim hereunder will not increase this limit.

Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 may make changes to the content contained on its website at any time without notice. By using the Service, you hereby assign to Copeni APS any and all rights, title and interest, including any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, in the Activity Materials. All rights of Copeni APS or its licensors that are not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to Copeni APS and its licensors.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Copeni APS platform and Services, including our website, our existing or future applications, our APIs, databases, and the content our employees or partners submit or provide through our Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Copeni APS and its licensors. Our platforms and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the EU and other countries. Nothing gives you a right to use the Copeni APS name or any of the Copeni APS trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Copeni APS or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
16. Governing Law And Arbitration
These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and Copeni APS and your respective rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Denmark, excluding the conflict of law provisions of that or any other jurisdiction. Any possible dispute arising between you and Copeni APS will be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Denmark. Unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees without regard to which party is deemed the prevailing party in the arbitration proceeding.
17. Claims Of Copyright Violations
To prove and demonstrate your suspect, as a copyright owner, that any material available through the service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 pursuant to the EU Copyright Directive by providing us with the following documentation and information in writing:
• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person who acts on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

• telephone number, address and email address;

18. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Be aware that Demo Service of Demo Company 1506's business practices prohibit bribery, corrupt behavior and money laundering.
You agree that you shall remain in compliance with all applicable laws that relate to commercial or public sector bribes, money laundering, terrorism (including but not limited to local anti-corruption laws, Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the U.K. Bribery Act).
Should you at any point in time fail to be compliant, Demo Service of Demo Company 1506 reserves the right to terminate your account without any notice.
19. Going to Arbitration
If we can’t resolve our dispute amicably, you and Copeni APS agree to resolve any claims related to these Terms (or our other legal terms) through final and binding arbitration, regardless of the type of claim or legal theory. If one of us brings a claim in court that should be arbitrated and the other party refuses to arbitrate it, the other party can ask a court to force us both to go to arbitration (compel arbitration). Either of us can also ask a court to halt a court proceeding while an arbitration proceeding is ongoing.
20. No Class Action
We both agree that we can each only bring claims against the other on an individual basis. This means: (a) neither of us can bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class action, consolidated action, or representative action; (b) an arbitrator can’t combine multiple people’s claims into a single case (or preside over any consolidated, class, or representative action); and (c) an arbitrator’s decision or award in one person’s case can only impact that user, not other users, and can’t be used to decide other users’ disputes. If a court decides that this “No class actions” clause isn’t enforceable or valid, then this “Dispute Resolution” section will be null and void, but the rest of the Terms will still apply.
21. Changes Of Terms And Conditions
Copeni APS reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. If the terms change it will be published on our website and the subscriber will have 30 days to terminate the subscription if you disagree with the terms. This will apply in a case of significant changes in your current agreement with Copeni APS. After the 30 days any still existing member will be deemed to have accepted the changes implied. The subscriber can at any time change address and user details via the “My profile”. The changes till then take effect in the current terms.
22. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Copeni APS and you concerning the subject matter hereof. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. A waiver by Copeni APS or you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. Copeni APS may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without condition. These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of Copeni APS and you, and Copeni APS’s and your respective successors and permitted assigns.
23. Language
These Terms and Conditions were originally written in English language. In the event any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English one, the English version controls.

Simply import your data manually and you'll be able to track your daily financial transactions and much more. Receive personalized advice on saving and avoid getting caught in a debt cycle. You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.
Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.
User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

Subscription
2.1 Registration
In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.
2.2 Fees
You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
2.4 Emails
Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].
2.5 Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.
2.6 Refund
You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.
2.7 Termination
Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

3.1 Content
Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content. By using the website, you agree to release Crafebikit from any liability arising from disputes between you and Crafebikit.

With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You acknowledge that reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason. Your usage of the Site Offerings is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. You agree to adhere to certain guidelines, such as refraining from violating the privacy rights of other users or collecting personally identifiable information without explicit consent. You also commit to abstaining from purchasing search engine or pay-per-click keywords associated with Crafebikit, avoiding unethical marketing practices, and using Crafebikit services only through officially supported interfaces. Any reproduction, modification, downloading, adaptation, selling, or reverse engineering of the Services is prohibited. You agree not to create derivative works, alter the Services, or use them in conjunction with third-party content in a manner that could be deemed unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent. Furthermore, you must refrain from engaging in illegal activities, including phishing, promoting harmful conduct, or violating any law or rights of Crafebikit or any third party, such as intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights. Impersonation or portraying entities in a disparaging manner without explicit approval is also prohibited. Illegal data collection, using automated devices to access or monitor services, removing copyright notices, or attempting to create competitive products are strictly prohibited. Force Majeure
In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. In such case, neither party shall be liable to the other for any damages arising out of or in connection with the termination of this agreement.

Indemnification

Dispute Resolution
Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.

13.1 Entire Agreement
